WE ACCEPT THE CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME AT THE BIKE FACTORY

Purchasing a bike and or equipment on a cycle to work scheme is a great way to save money and spread the cost. Cycle to work schemes allow employees to obtain bikes and cycling accessories through their employer, whilst spreading the cost over 12 months and making unbeatable savings through a tax break. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We accept vouchers from most schemes (e.g. Cyclescheme, Cycle2Work, Bike2Work, Green Commute Initiative, etc.)
• All bikes are eligible for purchase on cycle to work schemes
• Prices are as per the item page on our website, including sale items
• The value of your voucher must cover the full value of your order - we cannot accept 'top-ups'
• If you don’t have your voucher yet, you can opt to pay a 20% deposit to hold your order via a secure payment link - this deposit is refundable on redemption of your voucher, or if you’d like to cancel the order
• Postage is chargeable on all cycle to work orders - see table
• Postage cannot be incorporated within your voucher value - we can send out a secure payment link via email to cover this

NOTE: Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Any additional fees will be communicated to you during the order process.

We will then need your voucher/Letter of Collection PDF before we can arrange collection/dispatch of your order. You will generally receive this from your scheme provider (the exact process varies from scheme to scheme). This can be emailed to us, or presented in-store at collection.
