click and collect at The Bike Factory is completely FREE. Simply place your order and we will make sure it's ready for you to collect at the time you requested.

An email and SMS confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection. (You will only receive a SMS notification if you have entered your mobile number in the "SMS Delivery Notification" field during check out.)

You have 7 calendar days to collect your order after notification that your order is "ready for collection". Please bring your email or SMS confirmation and in some instances may need identification.
