Orbea - A bike for all seasons

Next year, Orbea will have been testing and producing bikes from the Basque Country for an impressive 90 years. The company strives to compete with their rivals while holding on to their vision. At the Bike Factory, we have a range of Orbea bikes in stock – there truly is an Orbea for everyone.

Gain an advantage on the road

The Gain is Orbea’s range of performance road e-bikes, the 248-watt hub giving the rider a little extra kick. On the first inspection, the Gain looks nothing like a traditional e-bike, the frame is as slick and aerodynamic as the Orca range and there is no large in-frame battery. Instead, the power comes from the rear hub motor that supplies what Orbea call the ‘Enough Energy’ concept, which on a light bike means the motor kicks just when you need it.

Jump on the gravel train

Is off-roading more your style? Then the Terra is the bike for you, giving you the keys to unlock a new side of your riding. The Terra is a Swiss army knife of potential, truly a bike for all seasons. More tyre clearance and the ability to mount accessories on the frame mean that the Terra can be used on the road, as a gravel adventure bike, for cyclocross, and even a winter or commuter bike.

The M20-D is fitted with a 1x chainset whereas the H3-D comes with a double chainring so you can find the perfect setup for your style.

Make a molehill out of a mountain

The Bike Factory also stocks Orbea’s high performance mountain bike range, the Alma. One of the fastest bikes out there, the Alma is built for speed and performance, and ticks both those boxes thanks to the refined World Cup Geometry. The hardtail is fitted with a rigid carbon fork which maximises performance when the going gets tough or technical. On the Alma, you can keep racing all the way to the line without your bike letting you down.

The Alma is available with 29er or 27.5” wheels, and in small, medium, large and XL frame sizes, you can build the perfect bike for your favourite trail runs.

Go hybrid

There is little better when riding a bike in the city than knowing you look the part. With that in mind, Orbea’s hybrid Carpe range just screams out cool. The comfortable and lightweight yet versatile Carpe range allows to make the most out of your city and its streets. No corners have been cut anywhere in the range, with disc brakes for reliable braking and a high quality groupset making for a speedy commute. What’s more, you can pimp out your bike’s look with various colourways and designs that will turn heads on your morning commute.

Orbea has an e-bike version of the inner-city hybrid bike too, making it one of the best hybrids on the market.
